✅ Swimwear must have a hygiene liner intact

Return Shipping

  • Free returns for defective or incorrect items
  • Customer covers return shipping to Printful for size exchanges or change of mind
    • Damaged or defective items — Report the issue within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence to get a free reprint or refund.
    • Lost packages — report within 1 week after the estimated delivery period ends (30 days for US/EU domestic, 45 days for international orders).
    • No returns for buyer's remorse — if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or changed their mind, Printful does not support returns or exchanges since items are made-to-order.
